We will be doing a guided meditation covering chakra alignment work and cleansing. Wear comfortable clothing; you may bring a Yoga mat and pillow if you would like to lay down.
Classes start at 6:15 pm and require pre-registration and payment either by phone (503-933-9038), in the Shop, or on our website at www.gaiasworkshop.com/events. Space is limited. No recording allowed, please bring notebook and pen. Classes repeat, charge is for each class.
