For Questions, Orders or Concerns
Feel free to contact us. Our shop hours are 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Daily (11:00 am to 4:00 pm on Sunday), Pacific Time (US). Messages will be answered during our regular business hours, please remember that we hand make all of our items, so are generally mid-creation during most of the day.

We accept major credit cards and Paypal. Because we are in Oregon, we are not required to charge a sales tax unless your state or country requires it. If you order a custom item, we will give you a solid idea of our intended shipping schedule and stay in touch. Please allow at least three weeks for the creation of custom order.s Be sure to let me know on your order if you need the item by a certain time; I will do my utmost to get it to you. Because I work with planetary energies and the spirits of the drums, very occasionally I must bow to the desires of the spirits and wait until the optimum time to make your drum. Sometimes the drum just refuses to be born until the time is right. I have learned that fighting it just means I'll have to do it over. I will keep in touch, and I will never forget you. If you have requests that seem odd to you, don't hesitate to reach out. I am a very one-on-one kind of person and it never hurts to ask.
Turnaround is approximately three weeks at this time for most custom items, based on our queue of orders and the time required to make & dry them. More complex orders may take a bit longer. If you need your item by a certain date, be sure to let me know when ordering and make a note on the order. Because of the pandemic, transit times can be delayed by issues within the post office. You will be sent tracking info when we ship so you can follow the progress of your item through the mail system.
I believe in making sure that my customers are happy...no matter what. In case of problems, we will work together to find a satisfactory solution. If there is a problem with your purchase, I will work with you to replace, repair or exchange the item, so long as you communicate the difficulty and return the item to me if appropriate. Frequently, issues are weather based and can be corrected immediately (please read the care instructions). Every case is different and communication is the key.
Domestic shipments: I ship USPS, either first class or priority mail. If your item arrives damaged, please contact your local post office and let me know immediately. Retain all packing materials.
If your package is returned to me because of a faulty address in the system that you have not corrected or contacted me to change, this is called a forced return. Forced returns are not accepted, and no refund will be issued. You may pay to reship the item. **Please double check your address**
International shipments: Please be aware of the customs fees, import fees, sales tax, VAT or delivery fees that your government charges you to import items into your country. This is not included in our transaction but is a separate charge imposed by your government. If you choose not to pay your fees, your item will be returned to me (this can sometimes take months as it is low priority). This is called a forced return, which we do not accept. When I receive it back, I will contact you and you can pay for reshipping (plus your fees when it gets to your country). No refunds are issued for forced returns.
If you need particular paperwork for your country, please inform me. I am a drum maker, not an international trade expert.
You may purchase insurance beyond the basic amounts if you let me know.
We do sell wholesale and also offer quantity discounts on our kits for workshops or classes. Please contact us for discounts and minimums.
