How it works:

An interactive calendar (which is accessible to members only) allows you to reserve any available time. You’ll be able to check to see open times and so can make appointments with your customers in real time, and can cancel appointments if necessary in the same space. Your clients must book directly with you; we will not make appointments for you. You must also be able to take your own payments; we will not take payments on your behalf.

The room charge will be 20% of your reading fee (not including any tips that your customers may give you), which is the same structure as our metaphysical faire. If you show up and your customer does not, or if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you owe nothing. On the other hand, if your customer shows up but you do not, you will lose your membership and have to reapply.

The 20% rental is due immediately after your session unless other arrangements are made with Michelle or Lorelei.

As part of your membership, you may choose to be listed in the “Getting a Reading at Gaia’s Workshop”. (see Hazel’s listing for an example). If you would like to be listed, please send a photo and a brief description of your services and prices along with your contact information.
