Deer drums have excellent sustain with nice harmonics, with a mid-high to low tone depending on size and thickness. The deer represents love and circulation and is aligned with the heart chakra.

These 18" Deer Rawhide drums are made on a Deodar Cedar or Maple Hoop. We make each one for the person for whom it is intended and the climate in which it will live. Please allow time for this. If you have any special requests, be sure to let us know. Drums currently in stock are listed with their birth date. A suede handle wrap is included.
