Deer was a sacred food animal to our ancestors. It carries the energy of love and circulation and is cream to light brown in color. Horse has been used for journeying by many peoples in many times -- it's sound will take you places. It is golden brown to very dark brown. Elk is a medium brown and carries the energy of will and stamina. It is especially useful in working with childhood trauma issues.

An optional antler handle is available. We make each one for the person for whom it is intended and the climate in which it will live. Please allow time for this. If you have any special requests, be sure to let us know. The drum pictured is representative, yours will be similar.
