Ordering & Shipping Information
All of our items are hand made by us
(with occasional help from people who have come to us to be taught).
Every item that we send out is made with the utmost care and love.
The items you order will likely have to
be made especially for you. The advantage is that you can be very
specific about your needs and you will get exactly what you ask for. We
do not keep a lot of stock, as our
drums seem to sell out almost as quickly as we can make them. We
also believe strongly that we must choose the right drum, rattle or
other item for you -- sometimes spirit tells us that an item we have
already made has been waiting for you; other times, it is absolutely
necessary that we make it special.
What this means is that it may take up
to a week (or maybe more for large orders) for us to ship your items.
If, for some reason, it is going to be longer, I will do my best to let
you know. Custom items may take a little longer, sometimes the
Muse doesn't help out right away.
you need the order by a certain date, we will do our utmost to make that
happen so long as you give us reasonable lead time. At the time the
order is finalized, the completion date will be specified. An order is
considered finalized when payment is received. We accept PayPal and all
major credit cards.
We ship USPS
Priority Mail or USPS Parcel Post. Standard shipping charges apply.
They are based on average shipping costs.
We do ship
internationally, and use USPS International First Class Mail when
possible. International Priority Mail is used for orders over four
pounds except under special circumstances, when International Priority
Express is less expensive. We individually estimate shipping for each
international order. Generally, the estimate is correct. Changes to
the order or even to the postal rate may change your shipping cost at
the actual time of shipping, but we will let you know.
Once an order has
been shipped, you will be provided with the tracking number and
estimated arrival date. If an order arrives damaged, a claim will have
to be filed with the USPS. Please keep all packing materials and let us
know as soon as possible. You must file the claim, but we will support
you with whatever documentation you might need.
